Brad has decades of experience in footwear, apparel and sports equipment industries. Most recently he served as CEO of Propet, a company concentrating in comfort footwear.  Brad was the SVP of Merchandising Operations, Footwear and Apparel design at The Walking Company.  Prior to that he was General Manager of DTC and eCommerce at Castelli Cycling, one of the world’s premier cycling and ski performance apparel companies.  Other experience includes President of the wholesale division of American Apparel, where he focused on rebuilding the division as part of the executive team tasked with turning the business around after years of market share erosion.  Brad is also the former CEO of Hi-Tec Sports USA, where he developed the turnaround strategy that brought the firm back into solvency.

Gebhard began his career in the outdoor industry at Nike the same year he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Management and Finance from the University of Oregon. At Nike Brad was a product developer for strategic accounts.  Gebhard moved over to adidas Footwear, where he lead the merger of the French brand Salomon and creating the Salomon footwear business.

Throughout his career, Brad Gebhard has focused on improving performance of consumer goods in the global marketplace. He has a strong track record in repositioning and developing global business with organic growth and acquisitions. Brad is constantly finding ways to improve processes by doing things better, whether in product creation, merchandising strategies, market development or intelligent risk taking.

From 1985 to 1988, Brad was a member of the U.S. National Cycling Team and that competitiveness enables him to take on the challenges represented in business and life.
